Returns

In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights, consumers may withdraw from the sales contract for goods purchased in the store without providing a reason by submitting a written statement within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods (i.e., the day the consumer receives the goods).

The company processes returns and exchanges of goods of appropriate quality in accordance with the "Consumer Rights Act" (https://www.dziennikprawny.pl/pl/u/ustawa-o-prawach-konsumenta).

Return Terms

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement of withdrawal before it expires. The consumer can withdraw from the agreement by submitting a withdrawal statement to the seller.

  • The consumer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the agreement. Meeting the deadline is sufficient if the goods are sent back before it expires.
  • The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods to the seller.

Returned goods must include:

  • Original, undamaged packaging.
  • Complete content matching the state at the time of purchase.
  • The product and accessories must be undamaged, with no signs of use.
  • The receipt or a copy of the purchase invoice.
  • A written withdrawal statement.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain categories of products are excluded from the right of return, including items made to order. For example:

  • Products with engraving.
  • Accessories with your custom photos or inscriptions.
  • Products with logos or non-standard dimensions.

Custom orders mean the store initiates production based on the client's instructions. Such goods are not part of regular retail sales and cannot be returned.

Damaged Goods

Goods damaged during transport are eligible for replacement after the damaged product is returned. If a replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be processed via bank transfer.
Items that have been used, damaged during use, or returned without their original packaging cannot be refunded.

Refunds

The seller will refund all payments made by the consumer (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, provided the goods are in their original condition, i.e., the condition in which they were received by the consumer. Refunds will be made via bank transfer.

Complaints

The following applies to so-called privileged buyers. If you do not fall under this category, please refer to our Store Regulations for detailed information on complaints.

If we improperly fulfill the agreement with you, you have the right to file a complaint, preferably via email at info.maxi.tuning@gmail.com or by mail to ul. Okszowska 41, 21-000 Chełm, Poland.

In principle, we are responsible for any non-compliance of the goods with the agreement that existed at the time of delivery and was revealed within two years of that time.
