Order Shipping Time

The shipping time for an order depends on each product and is always specified on the product page. Many orders are processed within 24–48 hours after we confirm your order. If your order includes multiple products with different shipping times, the shipping time for the entire order will align with the longest processing time.

The shipping time for custom orders is arranged with the seller prior to placing the order. We acquire the shipping service on behalf of the customer through a courier company to deliver the goods to the specified address.

Delivery Options

We ship orders through the following courier services:

• Ambro Express
• GLS
• DHL

Standard Package up to 30 kg: This applies to packages whose actual or volumetric weight does not exceed 30 kg, with the longest side measuring a maximum of 175 cm and the total dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 300 cm.

Shipping Costs

In our online store, shipping costs are calculated for standard courier shipments. The shipping cost for your order is always displayed on the product page. The online store reserves the right to verify shipping costs in the case of orders containing goods of varying dimensions that cannot be combined for courier delivery.

The shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process and depend on the selected delivery method and destination. While we strive to ensure orders are delivered on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or other circumstances beyond our control.
